Health Care Feedback

You’re being encouraged to give feedback to the South East Local Health Integration Network on proposals for major changes in the health care system.

The changes will see the network take over responsibility for home care and the planning and monitoring of primary care.

You can complete an online survey through the South East LHIN’s website and there is a town hall meeting coming up in Kingston on February 16th.
